P.U.S.H (Persist Until Something Happens)

It's easy to stay motivated when you first start something, or when you're seeing results.The trick is staying motivated when you're not yet seeing results. The important thing to remember is that even if you don't see it yet, every workout is bringing you closer and closer to the goal you set yourself when you first started. Push past wanting to give up and just keep going.
